A redevelopment of a former care home site, involving both new build and conversion elements. Planning has been secured for a detached dwelling on the lower section of the site, alongside the conversion of the existing building into 9–10 residential apartments.
The project required a considered planning strategy to maximise the value of the site while working within existing constraints. Involvement included development appraisal, planning input, and coordination of the design team to achieve a viable and deliverable scheme. The approach focused on unlocking additional value from the site through sensitive redevelopment and efficient use of the existing structure.
Development is due to start in 2026.
