A complex and distressed development comprising 22 bespoke apartments with associated commercial space. The site had been repossessed by the lender, requiring intervention to stabilise and complete the project.
The role involved taking the scheme through to completion on behalf of the administrator and lender, managing the challenges associated with a partially completed and distressed asset. This included coordinating contractors, resolving design and construction issues, managing costs, and ensuring delivery of the development to a completed and marketable standard.
