A complex development site involving numerous landowners, boundary issues, and multi-party negotiations. Initial feasibility, planning, and development appraisal works were undertaken for a proposed scheme of 34 apartments and 10 commercial units with associated parking. The project included coordination with planning authorities, landowner negotiations, site constraint analysis, and early-stage development strategy to assess overall viability and deliverability.
