A redevelopment of a former care home, involving change of use planning and conversion into 6 residential dwellings.
The project required careful management of both planning and construction stages to ensure a smooth transition from institutional use back to residential. The role included overseeing design coordination, managing contractors, and ensuring the works were delivered efficiently. This included coordination of works on site through to completion, maintaining quality control and programme adherence throughout the construction.
