Bayview Projects is led by Brian Waudby, a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with an NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Senior Construction Management and extensive hands-on experience across residential development, refurbishment, project delivery, budgeting, planning strategy, and construction management within the UK property sector.

Brian’s career started on site as a labourer and carpenter, progressing through the industry from Site Foreman to Site Manager, Project Manager, and ultimately into property development and strategic project leadership. Having worked through every stage of the construction process firsthand, Bayview Projects was built around a practical understanding of both site operations and the commercial realities faced by developers, investors, and landowners.

The company’s experience covers a wide range of projects, from small house extensions and residential refurbishments through to large-scale listed building renovations, multi-unit housing developments, commercial schemes, and higher-value construction projects. This broad background provides Bayview Projects with strong expertise in construction delivery, cost control, procurement, programming, development feasibility, and project strategy from both the contractor and developer perspective.

Bayview Projects also has experience working alongside investment banks, private funders, developers, consultants, and professional teams on investment-backed developments, distressed assets, town centre shopping developments, listed buildings, and heritage projects including castle properties. This experience has developed a strong understanding of the financial, strategic, and operational aspects of construction and property development across multiple sectors and project scales.

Having worked through both strong and challenging market conditions within the UK construction industry, Bayview Projects understands the importance of realistic budgeting, careful planning, risk management, and maintaining clear communication throughout every stage of a development.
